Project Description The project is located at our Timmins Campus; 4715 Highway 101 East, South Porcupine, ON P0N1H0. The work will be done to our IESC building with a tentative timeline for completion before September 29th, 2023. Scope 1 Requirements: Provide a new roof access ladder in the J174 tower. See photo A provided. Scope 2 Requirements: provide the required extension to the existing ladder in J112 Training Lab. See photo B provided. Scope 3 Requirements: Provide a new roof access staircase on the existing roof. Northern College will confirm the proposed location of the staircase. See attached photo C and the partial roof plan.
